Plastic Injection Moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting material into a mould. Plastic material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.

Injection moulding is the most common process for manufacturing low to high volume plastic parts – the piece-part cost is very low in relation to other manufacturing processes, making it a fast and economical production method.

Our plastic injection moulding machines range from 50T to 1400T clamp force. We process most standard thermoplastic material grades such as GPPS, HIPS, PPV2, ECO-PPV2, POLYAR, ABS, PC/ABS, PC, PMMA, POM, TPV, PP, PE as well as high grade / high strength engineering and fire-retardant material grades where a more demanding performance is required.
