Each item manufactured by Bingoz Plastics is subjected to a rigorous battery of inspections and quality tests in accordance with the client’s requirements. With the data tracking system in our company, the stops of the machines, the number of waste, the number of parts produced, OEE (Efficiency) are followed. Possible stops are followed by the system and intervened instantly. In this way, we minimize our postures. We also support regular routine inspections during production, first-off and last-off inspections are completed by trained quality staff, in addition, production staff makes regular inspections during production. All staff is kept up-to-date with the latest information on plastic extrusion materials and processes to make sure that we comply with new industry regulations and standards that are introduced from time to time.
